Upon completion of my classical ballet and contemporary dance training I worked in the health and fitness sector for 20 years. I then qualified as a Heart and Health Screening Practitioner. The screening looks at the body as a whole instead of individual parts to discover what exactly is happening inside. In the words of Plato, “the part can never be well unless the whole is well.” Using hospital grade equipment, the screening pin points imbalances and areas of strength in the body which include blood acidity, stress resistance, pH and electrolyte levels, fatigue, muscle imbalance in all 4 limbs and ECG of the heart. The screening is beneficial for professional sports players too. The screening addresses the causative reason of the problem, not just the symptoms. I began my own healing journey in 2007 when I first experienced a heart and health screening. This opened my eyes to the importance of looking after my body starting from the inside. I knew my calling in life was to become a Heart and Health Screening Practitioner to help clients live again and not just exist.
